Hello Residence Life Team of 2019-2020!
I'm so excited that we get to read this book together, gain some common terminology, have more tools for our ResLife tool belts, and engage in discussion this summer.
As I have mentioned to each of you, this book will guide you through a narrative of one young Tom Callum, a new executive at the fictitious company, Zagrum. I hope that the narrative style draws y'all in and provides an easier read as well as creates stronger ties to the characters.
This book has three sections, in which we'll break up evenly over the summer.
Part 1 - Self-Deception and the "Box" - May 20th to June 16th
Part 2 - How We Get in the Box - June 17th to July 14th
Part 3 - How We Get out of the Box - July 15th to August 11th
There will be provided questions to prompt you and lead discussion, but feel free to pose additional questions to the team.
